After 30+ years of serving our community, Sip Coffee Co. is looking for a new place to call home!
While our longtime location hasn’t renewed, Sip isn’t going anywhere. We’re actively searching for the right spot in Newberg and the surrounding area to bring back the coffee, familiar faces, and community you know and love.
Know the perfect spot? We’re looking for a small drive-thru location or parking lot space that can accommodate our coffee shop. If you own a property, know a property owner, or have a lead on a great location, we would LOVE to hear from you!

Welcome to Sip Coffee Company! My name is Kelly Gregory and I’m the owner here. I’ve been working in coffee since I was a freshman at George Fox. I quickly developed a love for making people’s day one cup at a time. If I’m not pulling shots on Sip’s bar you’ll find me watching one of my Son’s sports games, creating custom jackets for my other business, or out in the barn with one of our horses. I live with my husband David and our 2 boys Jack and Jesse. We put roots down in St. Paul and are actively involved in the community there and in Newberg. Thanks for checking us out! Cheers!

Hi! I’m Stacie and I have worked at sip for what has seemed like my whole life- at least my kids whole lives 🤣
I started into the barista world when I was 14 and managed my high schools coffee shop as part of the business program.
From there I went to work at a small coffee and gift shop in Sisters, Oregon. When I started college I worked at the George Fox coffee cart and then later got hired on at sip the summer before I got married in 2010.
A degree, a husband and two kiddos later- I still havnt left my second home at sip :)

Hi, I’m Laura! I have been a barista at Sip since the fall of 2021. I started working coffee at George Fox University and then at the Newport Aquarium coffee shop. After starting a family and living the military life for many years, I find myself back in Newberg once again. I have two kids and they are my all time favorite people. I enjoy hiking, camping, kayaking, growing my art business, and of course, drinking all the coffee. I am so lucky to be a part of such an amazing team of beautiful, supportive, and hilarious women.

Hey, I’m Brooke! I started at Sip in June of 2022 and it was my first job ever. I already loved drinking coffee, and now I love serving it to people as well. I am currently a student at Newberg High School. Outside of work and school, I love to stay busy running, hanging out with friends, and being outdoors. I couldn’t be happier to work in such a fun environment and feel so lucky to call Sip my second family!
